Returns Policy
As valued Garuda customers, we want to ensure that you receive your goods in the best condition. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a hassle-free returns process.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
To start a return
- Package the item you wish to return, along with a copy of your order number, reason for return, delivery postcode and surname on the order.
- Send the item to the below address via your chosen courier (we recommend a tracked service and ensure you retain your proof of postage)

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to us. At this time we regretfully cannot provide return shipping labels to customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
